Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what is and isn't allowed when using HooWooh's app and website. It applies alongside the Terms and Conditions, Copyright Policy, and Voice Consent Policy.
Prohibited content
Do not upload, scan, paste, or otherwise submit content that:
- You do not own or are not authorized to use, including DRM-protected files
- Infringes someone else's copyright or other intellectual property rights
- Is illegal, defamatory, or violates the rights of others
- Contains malware or is intended to disrupt or damage the service
Prohibited conduct
- Attempting to bypass, remove, or circumvent DRM protection on any file
- Attempting to access another user's account or content without authorization
- Using automated tools to scrape, overload, or abuse the service
- Reverse-engineering HooWooh's narration or voice technology
- Reselling, redistributing, or publicly republishing content generated through HooWooh
Voice cloning misuse
Voice cloning is subject to the Voice Consent Policy. Prohibited uses include cloning a voice without consent, cloning public figures, and using a cloned voice for impersonation or to mislead listeners.
Consequences of violations
Violations of this policy may result in removal of content, suspension of features such as voice cloning, or termination of your account, at HooWooh's discretion and consistent with the Terms and Conditions.
