By creating an account or using HooWooh, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes.

You agree to use HooWooh lawfully and not to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to convert or distribute.
• Create or use a voice without the speaker's explicit consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service or its rate limits.
• Use the app to produce unlawful, harmful, or deceptive material.

You retain ownership of the files you upload. You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold the necessary rights to convert and listen to any book, document, or audio you submit. HooWooh is a personal listening tool and does not grant you rights to copyrighted works. We respond to valid takedown requests as described in our Copyright Policy.

Custom voice cloning may only be used with the verifiable consent of the person whose voice is being recreated. You must not create or use a voice to impersonate, defraud, or harm others. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules and remove offending voices. See our Voice Consent Policy for details.

The free plan includes one conversion plus one additional conversion per successful friend invite, library access, and offline downloads. Premium is a paid subscription billed through your app store, renewing automatically until cancelled. Conversion credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Manage or cancel your subscription in your app-store account settings.

HooWooh is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for content you choose to upload and convert. Generated narration is produced by AI and may contain inaccuracies.
